YÖRAN Expedition has a development catalogue of 95 items with technical specifications. Its flagship, the Stuzha expedition down jacket, has a revision D production dossier and graded patterns.
A decision to acquire the Sosnogorsk sewing factory was made on 3 October 2026. Initial production is planned with Chinese partners, followed by a phased transfer of documentation, training and selected operations to Sosnogorsk.
The image is a product visualization. The acquisition decision does not establish completed ownership transfer or serial production.
Discuss a projectYÖRAN Expedition · apparel and equipment
YÖRAN Expedition brings together clothing, footwear, protection and equipment for northern conditions. Its development catalogue contains 95 items, led by the Stuzha expedition down jacket. The next task is to progress from digital models and technical documentation to tested samples, initial production runs and phased manufacturing development in Sosnogorsk.
As of 4 October 2026
The Stuzha expedition down jacket, parkas, snowmobile suits, shell and fleece jackets, insulated trousers and base layers.
Down jackets and longer parkas, snowmobile suits, protective outer layers, fleece, trousers, vests and insulating garments.
One-piece suits, winter sets, down jackets, fleece and base layers, mittens, balaclavas and footwear, with a separate concept for teenage snowmobile riders.
Winter boots, mittens and gloves, thermal socks, hats, balaclavas, neck warmers and insoles.
Goggles, glasses, helmets and protective equipment for snowmobile, motorcycle and ATV use. This describes the development programme, not a list of products already certified.
Backpacks, travel bags, dry bags, vacuum flasks, mugs, blankets and everyday objects with a YÖRAN identity.
Lighting, field tools, repair and towing kits, cooking and sleeping systems for preparing a northern journey.
Agree its purpose, sizes, appearance, fabric, insulation and trims. Stuzha’s current D1 construction provides the starting point.
Develop seams, pockets, fastenings and decorative details using samples of the actual materials before constructing the complete garment.
Check fit, freedom of movement, the size range and the function of details. Incorporate changes into the documentation before production.
Agree the sample, evaluation results, materials and manufacturing method. Prepare cutting, production operations and quality control for the batch.
Complete final checks and prepare labels, care guidance and packaging. Product information must reflect the actual materials and evaluated sample.
The 95-item catalogue is in place. Stuzha has a revision D dossier and D1 patterns; the next practical milestone is a manufactured and evaluated sample.
Sewing, fittings and evaluation of materials, construction and sizing. The outcome determines readiness for a commercial batch.
Most of the initial range is planned with specialist partners, allowing items to launch in stages while in-house manufacturing expertise develops.
Once acquisition matters are resolved, transfer materials, technical documentation, training and selected operations. Progress depends on site, team and product readiness.
Collaboration on clothing samples and production runs, working with technical documentation, sizing, consistent quality and an agreed reference sample.
Potential partners include suppliers of fabrics, insulation, trims, footwear and equipment components. Discussions focus on actual material properties and how they perform in the finished product.
Work for pattern makers, technologists and laboratories includes fit, size grading, material and seam testing, care and verification of product claims.
Phased development of expertise in Sosnogorsk: team training, production operations and the transfer of evaluated solutions into local manufacturing.
It is an apparel and equipment development catalogue with technical specifications and visualizations, showing the scope and intent of the range. Production readiness is established for each item through sampling and manufacturing preparation.
The revision D production dossier and D1 patterns cover seven sizes. The current dossier states that a physical sample has not yet been sewn. The next stage is to make it, evaluate fit and construction, and approve a reference before the commercial batch.
Most items are planned with partners in China during the initial seasons. The decision to acquire the Sosnogorsk sewing factory was made on 3 October 2026; it does not mean ownership has already transferred. The longer-term plan is to move documentation, training and selected operations to Sosnogorsk in stages.
The catalogue records design objectives and constructions. Temperature, protective and operating performance must be verified using the actual materials and samples. For Stuzha, fit, the function of details and the care process form part of reference-sample preparation.
