About the holding
VELES & CO is a platform for developing production and service projects associated with the Komi Republic.
Our current focus is YÖRAN equipment and vehicles, wild harvesting through Vör Ozyr, and the Yaksha–Manpupuner tourism corridor. Veles beverage brands connect northern berries with finished products. YÖRAN is the first priority for implementation.
Veles I K LLC was registered in Ukhta on 22 September 2026. Participation and ownership are agreed separately for each project. We distinguish current work, planned facilities and earlier concepts.
The natural environment, culture and people of the North are the starting point for our projects.
We focus on useful products and services with a distinctive purpose and character.
We combine specialist knowledge, coordination and a long-term view of each project.
A holding company from the Komi Republic
Veles I K LLC was established in Ukhta on 22 September 2026. We bring together YÖRAN vehicles and apparel, wild harvesting and processing, beverages and tourism. The management company coordinates finance, legal work and team development, while each business retains responsibility for its sector. YÖRAN apparel and vehicles are the first priority.
As of 4 October 2026
Treasury, legal support, staffing, reporting and relations with the regional authorities sit with the management company. This helps coordinate decisions across projects and keeps responsibility clear.
YÖRAN combines product development, manufacturing partnerships and staged localisation. Apparel and vehicle contracts are the immediate focus; development of the company’s own production capacity follows separate stages.
The Vör Ozyr concept includes a collection network, freezing and drying, followed by deeper processing. A pilot season is planned for 2027, with its results intended to determine the next scale of development.
The Veles beverage plant and the PARMA, A-Live and L’ESSENCE brands form part of the product chain. Berry concentrates from the wild-products business are envisaged as ingredients for the plant’s products.
The Yaksha–Manpupuner concept brings together accommodation, ground routes and experiences of Komi’s natural landscape. Development is staged; the Yaksha base and housing programme are currently on hold pending a separate decision.
The project model includes skills development, cooperation with educational institutions and local suppliers. Engineering, production and service work is intended to create opportunities within the republic.
We start with the product, location, customer and production need. Each business receives its own participants, scope of work and terms of cooperation.
We compare a supplier’s or partner’s capabilities with the technical requirements. Discussions cover products, quality, manufacturing operations, timing and responsibility.
For production, this means samples, technical documentation and initial agreements; for wild harvesting, pilot-season results; for tourism, route preparation and local cooperation.
The next stage follows a review of the previous one. The management company coordinates shared work, while project teams remain responsible for their products and operations.
Veles I K LLC was established in Ukhta. Its legal name, address and registration details are confirmed by the company register extract.
YÖRAN apparel and vehicles come first. The board of directors is being formed; development of the Yaksha base and housing has been placed on hold.
The China programme covers apparel factories, vehicle suppliers, technical requirements and preparation of agreements.
The pilot is intended to test collection, relationships with harvesters, processing and sales. Subsequent decisions will draw on the season’s results.
The planned sequence includes additional manufacturing operations, processing and tourism infrastructure. Priorities will be adjusted to the readiness of each business.
We discuss apparel, vehicles, components and manufacturing operations. An initial proposal should outline your products, available capacity, technical specialisation and proposed form of cooperation.
We consider connections between wild harvesting, storage, processing and finished products. Tell us where you operate, which materials or products you work with and your place in the chain.
Relevant expertise includes engineering, design, manufacturing and service. For training or project participation, send a description of your specialisation and possible contribution.
Potential joint work includes locations, infrastructure, routes and local services. Start by describing the site or task, its current stage and the roles you envisage for partners.
